Gary
Pennington
Since beginning as an adjuster in 1994, Gary has worked on thousands of
claims in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana. Gary is owner and president of Gary
Pennington & Company and provides day-to-day focus on the progress of open
claims and the needs of the clients. Gary brings extensive experience in the
mold assessment industry to the Pennington team.
Gary has presented and settled an extensive number of residential and commercial
claims ranging from a few thousand dollars to 25 million. He has worked with
large condominium communities, hotels, and school districts. Gary and his team
of professionals have also worked on behalf of clients in Hurricanes Jeanne,
Frances, Katrina, Rita, Humberto, Dolly, and Ike as well as many other wind,
flood and fire claims in Texas, Louisiana and Florida.
Gary has had experience as a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant in the State of
Texas and has been a Certified Indoor Environmentalist, Certified Mold
Remediator, Certified Mold Loss Prevention Specialist, (designations issued by
Indoor Air Quality Association.) He has also been designated Certified
Foundation Repair Specialist, issued by the Foundation Repair Association.
Gary’s specialty is in litigation support and he has testified more than 300
times in insurance claims throughout the Gulf Coast.
Gary works closely with each individual client by keeping the client informed of
all progress on the claim. Gary works diligently to remain available, day or
night, to listen to the concerns and questions that clients may have. Gary’s
role as Senior Adjuster requires him to stay in constant contact with insurance
companies as well as the Gary Pennington team to resolve claims as expeditiously
as possible.
